I am 48 years old. Just started a 3 on 1 off - 2 on 1 off program of 1 unit Omnitrope HGH Pharmaceutical grade 5.8 mg mixed with 1.4ml of bacto. It is quite expensive $2300. for 8 vial pack. And thats from a major low cost pharmacy. I am looking to drop some fat and recover faster from workouts. I have gained about 10 -15 pounds over the last 2 years. Not eally interested in adding to much more muscle mass. I have been lifting for years and have that, I just need to get defined again. 12 hour work days make it diffucult to get my cardio in. Any suggestions, ideas, experiences.
