I know after you take IGF-1 you need to ingest carbs as it will make you hypoglycemic. I was just wondering if any one has a mcg to carb ratio. Like i know slin your supposed to take 10 grams per iu (i get away with less but its jus a rule of thumb).
Also side question whats your thoughts on two shots a day as opposed to once after work out? Is it jus personal prefrence and one works beter you?
