    Peptide Cycle: IGF lr3, ghrp2, cjc, and more


    I feel like this board is very strong on anabolics, but with peptides not so much. what better way to show people how they work than actually using them for myself.

    Little background:
    Been off of juice for since march, so i can say im recovered fine. i wanna be able to have children with my near-future wife so im staying away from anabolics for some time.
    I still wanna feel like im "on" and obviusly look better and so on....who doesnt lol.

    Stats:
    5-10, 192(as of 7/27/12) body fat (bb.com calipers) 9%

    Peptides used:
    ghrp2 200mcg 3x day
    cjc 200mcg 3x day
    igf lr3
    clen
    adding: Gw-501516 at 5-10mg daily, and Ostarine at 20mg for 40days.

    Currently doing:
    ghrp2 + cjc 200/200 3x/day, morning, post w/o, pre bed
    igf lr3 50-100mcg 30-60min pre ghrp/cjc pre bed dose, every other day. maybe bump up the days.
    clen at week 3 of a 4 week cycle, ramped upto 160mcg for first time today, gonna stay at 160 for 3days, than 200 for 3days, and ramp down fast.

    im really looking only to get upto 200-205lbs but lose just a little fat, maybe 1-2% tops. ill be happy if i can just stay this body fat and gain 10-15lbs of muscle in next 3 months.

    Past couple of days:
    200mcg ghrp2 + 200mcg cjc w/o 3x day
    igf lr3 50mcg eod, few hours pre bed. i guess u can say its post w/o too.

    -havent been eating good, i gained almost 10lbs in past 2weeks, but i am just as lean. i did come out of a pretty strong keto style diet. i know my body will respond very good to carbs after a cut so i cant really say how much the peptides have done so far.
    -back + traps on 7/25 realllly good w/o, great pump and strength
    -chest on 7/26, 95s db incline 2x6, 225x3x6 bb incline, 3pps hammer decline 3x12, not that good of a workout, i just couldnt wake up and i didnt feel that good from the clen i think.
    -lowered clen to 80mcg, triceps + biceps GREAT w/o. veins, pump, intensity, EVERYTHING!!! flat cgbp, seated ez over head extns, incline cgbp, db kick back, ez curl, ez curl off of edge of bench, seated incline db curl, reverse preacher


    thoughts on cycle:
    -staying at 200/200 ghrp2/cjc 3x/day
    -adding ostarine in couple days at 10mg for 40days (cant be surpressive AT ALL dose)
    -igf lr3 50mcg pre bed i wanna do it Every day for 40days, but the half life is very long so it would be pointless?

    Stop injecting igf PWO it lowers MGF so makes it almost pointless. If you work out at night do it the next morning.

    my workouts are around 5-8pm, i inject at 11:00 igf lr3, than at 11:30 i do ghrp2 + cjc.
    im also on a keto.
    ive heard this way to be best because ur body uses the most insulin during the night so taking it pre bed would be best.


    I tried it Pre w/o, i dont like it. it makes me go into food coma and crave carbs. it also makes me kinda lazy/slow during the workout. i get none of these side effects with my pre bed dose.

    so i gained 15lbs in 2weeks of eating carbs and using peptides. i came out of a keto, so eating carbs would have been extremely anabolic even without the peptides. i think i would have gained about the same amount even if i wasnt using peptides but im a lot more veiny.
    im back to keto again and i was 197 yesterday morning, i did very low carbs like 20g, 2 cardio sessions + shoulder workout, took the ghrp2/cjc combo 3 times, igf lr3 100mcg pre bed. i woke up 191.

    Woke up at 187.2, looking pretty good for without aas.

    Started taking 10mg Ostarine today, ill do it for next 40days.

    Possibly adding IGF DES pre w/o.

    So you do no carbs when you inject LR3 pre bed? This is very interesting to me since I follow keto too.

    yea, lately ive been doing 100mcg 1hour pre bed EOD. i take ghrp2 + cjc 45min after LR3. 20min later have this shake.
    shake: 1scoop whey + 1scoop casein. total: 48pro/6carb and 15g of BCAAs.

    I had an awesome workout today. high lights: flat bb 295x4, and decline BB 315x3. also shrugs quad drop set 365-315-225-135 x8 each weight, almost no rest. and bb curl 135 2sets of 6! wtf. my strength has increased dramatically from 3weeks ago.

    weight 194. crazy nitrogen retention in the past week. i seem to be veiny at all times of the day/night.

    Upgrades:
    Strength is up. Lean body mass is up. I was sick for 2 days, so i didnt really do any exersice but diet was good. Fat is same % mesured it like 10times, but ive gained 7lbs in 3weeks from the lr3
    After i do another bottle (1mg) of IGF lr3 + ghrp2/cjc, im switching to Peg MGF + cjc with DAC for 4weeks at high doses. like cjc at 5mg/week. than back onto IGF lr3 + ghrp2/cjc w/o dac. for 5weeks.
    13 more weeks of peptides....i wonder what the effects will be.

    ok so im not very impressed with the ghrp2/cjc so far. other than very good pumps not much to report. i bumped my calories for past 3 days, and ive definitely gained some fat and ive done 30min fasted + 20min post w/o cardio.
    current weight 193
    ill "bulk" this week, next week im gonna max out on most lifts, than take a week off lifting just cardio.

    Do you pin immediately after the gym? If so how do you go abouta doing it? I figure Tucson weather is to warm to keep it in the car while I lift.

    Lets not discuss sources, i dont want my log to get deleted.

    So ive been eating a 40/40/20 p/c/f diet, at about 3000-3500cal/day. doing cardio 30min AM starved, and 20min post w/o PM.
    current weight: 193, i dont think ive gained much fat.
    Gonna switch to CJC WITH DAC after doing a lot of research its suppose to be equal to synthetic HGH. I Plan on starting at 2mg/week and bumping to 3mg and 4mg. Im not a big fan of pinning 3-4x/day.

    Ive noticed that i wake up without a pump, after my first or second meal + cardio, im veiny. and i stay vascular all day, and even after my w/o in the PM. I was never able to keep good pump outside of the gym until now. I think its resonable to say that ghrp2/cjc + lr3 will make you a lot more veiny.

    i used a strong word. im pretty sure they dont get damaged, but ive been reading a few 6+ month logs and everybody says after 6-8weeks u should switch ur GHRPs to keep ur body guessing. I already have 30mg GHRP6 and 15mg GHRP2 so once im done with the ghrp2 ill start ghrp6, than go back on ghrp2.

    -I dropped the ostarine, it makes me feel dizzy, like im 10shots deep drunk dizzy.....**** that
    -ive actually been doing 200mcg GHRP2 + 100mcg CJC 5x/day
    -starting DES pre w/o MGF post w/o in a week
    -adding Melanotan (MT2) at 500mcg EOD just for skin color/clear skin/supposely it makes u horny too so thats another benefit lol

    Diet:
    So ive been doing High pro/High carb/low fat at about 4k/day for past 2.5weeks. after end of this week, im starting a 7day KETO cut, and also NO TRAINING. Cardio + abs im gonna try doing twice EVERY day. peptides: ghrp2+cjc 200/100 5x/day. when i come back to lifting, ill start DES pre w/o + MGF post w/o

    I am gtting so confused with when to take IGF-1 i'm getting ready for PCT and I was planning on 50-60mcgs eod PWO. But I see you pin 1hr before bed. I train at 11am so I am a little different any suggestions.

    IGF-1 DES or LR3? im assuming LR3.....PWO means Post W/o or Pre w/o?
    Id say try it first 2hours pre w/o, than hour after administration have whey + oats, than head to the gym. have appropriate carbs till u find out how u react.
    ive been recomended to do it pre bed by an amature competitor on this board and others, and honestly my body has never been able to melt fat off like this before.

    I was doing lr3 p/o and would get cold sweats and feel hypoglycemic 5 min after the inject. It was getting to be too much. I added cjc1295/ghrp6 now. hoping it works

    I think theres a difference between 50mcg and 100mcg but its not doubled. taking more of this at one point is counter productive.

    I really really wanna do 2mg CJC with DAC EOD for like 10 weeks with ghrp2/6 and IGF DES/MGF
