CJC 1295 Research (halted?)

I've read throughout these forums that clinical trials on this peptide were halted when 3 of the obese AIDS patients died in a trial of ~100 patients. Is that still the case?

Some of the reported side effects concern me with this stuff:
-headaches/ head pressure
-increased blood pressure
-skin flushing
-increased heart rate

Granted, obese AIDS patients aren't the best comparison with a healthy adult, but how is the safety of something like this gauged if it's not officially being researched? Is this primarily used in the body building community and life extension proponents without documented results? If one of you dies from something no longer being researched, it's not like you can come back on the forum and share this side effect with the rest of the community.

when I first tried CJC I had those exact side effects and never used it again it felt like my head was goiing to explode.

Imho that is because most of the synth's a few years ago were inferior...the product on the market has improved in 2011
