tips to get the last bit of GM out of a vial once re-constituted?

hey guys,

started a GH cycle. going well so far...

1 thing...I feel like im leaving a bit too much GH in the vial on the last draw from the re-constituted vial? I have tried ensuring their is a vaccuum by pushing air into the vial but I think im leaving .5 to 1 unit in the vial - is this normal or are their better ways to get all the remaining GH out?

It's normal. You're fine since you are aware and considering the vacuum pressure, etc. If you want to dilute your vials with more water and/or draw out the last dose with additional dilutent/product...that is fine as well.

thanks 956vette - i've also been playing around with not putting the pin all the way in on the last draw and i seem to be getting a bit more out now too.
