Starting on 8 weeks of Serostim and have a few questions...

I plan on running 1 box (126 iu's) as follows...

Week 1- 4 days on, 3 off ( 3 iu per day)
Week 2- 4 days on, 3 off ( 3 iu per day)
Week 3- 5 days on, 2 off ( 3 iu per day)
Week 4- 5 days on, 2 off ( 3 iu per day)
Week 5- 5 days on, 2 off ( 3 iu per day)
Week 6- 5 days on, 2 off ( 3 iu per day)
Week 7- 5 days on, 2 off ( 4 iu per day)
Week 8- 5 days on, 2 off ( 4 iu per day)

1. My main goal is to help heal up a torn patella tendon I had surgery on 6 months ago. Will this help?
2. I'm hoping to cut some bodyfat and gain some lean mass in the process, what can I expect?

I'm currently 25 years old, 210-215 lbs, 12% bodyfat, max bench is 370 lbs., can't quite do squats or deadlift yet bc of the knee...
