running/simming/crossfit and IGF-1/GH

Of IGF-1 and HGH. Which one would have a greater influence on my style of training in order to prevent breakdown, which is my number one goal and increase performance is my secondary goal. I am will be in a training environment where i will be swimming and running everyday and doing crossfit type workouts on a daily basis.

I am already going to start a low dose test e cycle to keep test levels to upper normal levels. I dont really know how I should go about dosing IGF-1 if i decide to use it. Obviously with my training I am looking for as minimal pumps as possible to prevent myself from being able to run.

I am 26. 180lbs and under 8% bf. 5'11". I currently can run a 3 mile run in just under 20:30, and my best time for a 1.5 mile run is 9:07....Im looking to improve these times.

I like 20mcg of IGF-1 lr3 bi-laterally IM pre workout in the muscle trained for a total of 40mcg. The pumps are not that bad to me where it has an impact on my training.
