    which way would you take IGF


    Either way I could run it for 30days with 2diff plans
    1.)33mcg every day or
    2.)20mcg in morning and 20mcg after lifting and only 20mcg on non work out days

    Since its only got an 8hr half life, wouldnt two shots a day be better?

    According to the sticky, IGF-1 R3 has a half life of 20-30 hours. If that's correct, one shot a day should suffice.
