I ordered about $200 worth of product from IBE but after getting their ship notice and tracking number it never showed up. After contacting them about this order I got another ship confirmation notice from them this morning in email.
Good customer satisfaction with these guys!

I wish I was having as much luck with getting in touch with them as you were...I have been trying to track down a Clen order I placed with them two weeks ago. I got a tracking number via e-mail like you did. However, they have ignored my e-mails to this point.

I have never had a problem with them in the past...needless to say, I am disappointed especially because I have defended their service in other threads in this forum.

Wes, try calling them at 985-809-3509
If you still have the email with your order number on it find that to give them when you call.
Keep bugging them.
