you can still use normal amounts of fishoil, however we dont suggest going over 3-4 grams/day.


other than that, shovel as much red meat, eggs, and poultry as you can into your gullet. you're good to go.

However, from what I read in this thread, there is only about 240-250mg of AA in max-out; that is, if a serving size is 4 pills, but I may have misread it. I think that the overdose range was way above that. I need to re-check my old studies.

yea ive read studies that it could cause multiple things, but i think its more long tem then short term which is what this is used for.

yes max out will leave you at 1g of AA in a 4 cap serving, which is very nice i can see how a lot of strength will come out through it, the science is definetly there on AA.
