    Gotcha now let me ask you this have you cycled yet? I'm coming to my grace period of 3 months and kind of want to just keep on going but know that it should be cycled

    Glycemyx has a higher density than protein. I'll actually weight it out this morning.

  7. A 70cc scoop weighs in at 48g, with around 39g of carbs.

  9. Too bad I missed this thread earlier..will definitely follow the logs and possibly pick up some of those Betas if they get to Lockout or Nutra. Any chance you have a time frame for when they might be available?

  14. I received mine yesterday -- but no instructions or guidelines for use. DSade? If I'm cutting for an April contest, how should I be using it? Also, is there an actual ingredient list I missed somewhere?

    For contest prep I would use it preworkout only. Ingredients are posted up thread, but they are:high anthocyanin purple sweet potato powder, whole oat powder, and glucomannan.

  16. I used it pre-workout today . . . I did okay, but confess I didn't notice a real surge (It was high-rep leg day, what can I say?). How much should I be using?

  17. Well, I've been using Glycemyx for a week now. I have to say, I'm getting more energy through the end of the workout. The one thing I have noticed is that I'd better drink it as soon as I mix it, or it clumps pretty badly.

    Other than that, I'm loving it.

    I've taken it pre-workout just one scoop but used it after popping SlinSane. The pumps were insane but since I workout early in the morning it didn't really benefit me taking it pre and waking up earlier. Intra works best for me.

    Yeah or it will sit at the bottom of the shaker, just gotta chug it down. I was loving it but ran out already

    The glucomannan soaks up water pretty quickly. It really is meant to drink pretty quickly.

    I've noticed that I have to constantly add water to it while using it intra-WO or the consistency gets very thick.

    Any idea on price for this yet?
