As many of us know, physique competitiors use a certain theme to their posing routines.. I just stand there, maybe scratch myself, but that's another thread..

You gotta unzip the file, then save it in a folder so you can find it.. It's an .mp3 file, saddens me to think our youth are surfing the web without a decent mediaplayer..
