i just started wokring out .. heres what i take daily .. and i want to get on creatine also .. i would appreciate some suggestions from the vets lol ...

daily workout day(4-5X/week)

1-2 trenadrol
pre - nanovapor
trebulus 625mg
post - protein shakes/bar/milk
3 milk thistle caps lol

also i have these pills(kre-alkalyn)
