First of all, great site and great board. People here really know their ****, nice to see a place without so many attitudes/issues. I'm 20 years old, 6'4" 275ish and approx 15% bf. Currently a student at Oklahoma State, major changes too often to include. Lifted heavily for a few years, had to take some time off and have recently been back at it harder (smarter) than ever.

Name is Mac or vini, 41 years old been training off and on for 20 years but 2 1/2 years steady and hard. 6-0" 280 if not a bit more just coming off a cycle so i am fluttering back and forward some.

Love lifting and am just trying to learn as much as i can and keep my head in nutrition and make more and more gains towards better health.

I the last 6 months i have dropped my BF around 6% just simply by what i have learned on boards like this and want to continue learning and talking with others in the same spirit.

Thanks for the invite snake, appreciate a clean boardthats fun and no bullcrap.

Damn, read the stickies newbie :D

You get 1 karma point for each post, you get 2 karma points for starting a new thread and you get 5 karma points if a mod or members gives it to you for a good post.....and to answer your next question, the reason you still have 0 posts is because we dont count posts made in the off topic section. ;)

Damn, I neglect this thread for a few hours and now I have to post on page 2 ;)

Where do I start? How about my screen name? I was active duty in the Army for 4 years as a medic (91B back then). Sometimes when we went to the field we had to "borrow" some female medics from a forward support battalion. Females deep in the woods surrounded by hundreds of male soldiers...not good. All the guys would make up reasons to swing by for boo-boo's and belly aches so I issued a standing order that all visitors would be subject to 500 mL of NS via large bore IV (14 gauge, about the size of a McDonald's milkshake straw). They started to call me Doc Chemo...all medics are called Doc if they are any good and the Chemo was because they said coming by the aid station was like getting chemotherapy. It stuck ever since ;)

I graduated with my B.S. (no pun intended) from EKU in May of 1998. I am currently pursuing my PhD and as of December 15th I will be an official doctoral candidate. Since graduation I have held positions of progressive responsibility (QA Chemist, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, and now Quality Manager) but my last day of full time employement is December 23rd. Need more time to develop this project and complete my PhD...

I have been an avid fitness enthusiast since I first entered military service (1993). The Army is a performace based machine so no big surprise there. Over the years I've had to adapt from a strength / endurance regime to a mass building one...not as easy as it sounds. Even today I still run a 10K on Monday and Thursday (yes, even while bulking) ;)

My body is definitely ecto all the way. I started at a baseline weight of 118 pounds in 1993 and have chemically enhanced myself to a solid 189 (current) @ 10% BF. I am shooting for 210 by Spring cutting. I'm not the biggest bro out there but I still kick dents ;)

That about sums me up...if anybody has any questions don't hesitate to ask!

I recognize just a few of you and yeah i came over from BB.com, i stay safely tucked away in the 35+ board and dont wonder out of there much, been on the Net long enough to have been thru a few board wars and am sick n tired of that crap.

I'm not going to give much history on myself but tell you its ALL mostly bad and little over 2 years ago on my 39th B-Day i decided it was time to change my life of total destruction and get right, with myself and the world around me and i have made a complete and nearly total turn around and i give all props to some power greater then me, mostly fear for saving my ass and for all the folks around these board for helping me get my health back. 2 years ago i was dying from Hepatitis C and bleeding out every orfice i had, today i am much much more alive and well, and i want to continue this path i am on.

Well, about me: 21, 200 lbs, about 9-10% BF, lifting for 6 years, Certified Personal Trainer. I have a degree in Electronics, and I'm working on my Bachelors in Business. I am looking to open up my own gym with a buddy pretty soon. I love lifting and love learning more about it. I'm here to pick people's brain and offer up some good info where I can. My name is from my truck. I couldn't think of anything different at the moment. See you around.

Apparently I'm the old man here at BDC at 47. Began lifting after twenty-five year hiatus this past June; I'm a compulsive type of person so I lift all the time. Was a regional all-around gymnast in high school and was a coach and judge for some time after that so I know my way around the weights. I was a CPA in private practice till I semi-retired at the age of 45 to devote more time to Campus Ministry and Prison Ministry whicch I have been active in for the last six-seven years. I'm 6', 195lbs with 17.5" guns that are lonely for the rest of my body to catch up.

Well, I guess I am officially the ** OLD MAN ** of the group here (52). Started lifting about 8 years ago right after I retired from the US Army. I was in pretty good shape while I served, but since retirement I've started making a living playing on a few of the mini-tours here in Florida. After seeing the results that Tiger has made from his lifting program, I've decided to really go at it full force. I know I'll never make the big time (started too late ... plus I'm too old) but I do plan to kick as much ass as I can whenever and where ever I play now.

I've learned a LOT from many of you here and I'm sure I'll keep learning even more the longer you all let me hang around here. PH's and the like are all new to me, but I plan to learn all that I can and hope to make some of them a part of my program. Just got to figure out what will work best for me.

I have a lot of respect for you guys, especially for your knowledge AND for your dedication to the sport. I only wish I would have had the foresight when I was your age to get into body building. :)

Hi.
Andy2k here. Total newbie to the board.
Background is - been into weights since beer was tuppence a loaf! (well since around 83 anyway!)
Work as a Sports and holistic therapist. Not trained properly for around 3 years due to serious orthopaedic surgery/injury (legs) so I need to get back into shape!!!
Used several prohormones as well as a few AAS, and want to start back with the PHs - as I live in UK, pointers on ordering etc are welcome.
Need to lose a bit of fat, tried Clenbuterol/ECA and 'natural' equivalents before - always glad of new info on the latest products though.

GOt to say this board looks pretty cool. Keep up the good work.

My name is Tim, and I'm 25 going on 26. I live in Boston and currently work as a personal trainer (but it's not making me enough money right now). I've been lifting for 10 years but have been bodybuilding for only a little over a year. As an ectomorph, I used to be skinny and cut and never made gains until I learned a lot about nutrition. I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable about bodybuilding nutrition and attribute all of my gains to it. I post a lot at bodybuilding.com, so some of you might know who I am.
