Alright fellas, it's about that time again. It's the friday before NYE 2006 and you've had you year the accomplish last years resolution. So it's time to realize that you need to make the same resolution again and actually follow through this time, or come up with something new.

So as the 2007th year A.D. comes upon us what will you be dedicated into doing?....

I'll start, I have a few resolutions actually.

1. Quit dipping (already 2~3 weeks in)
2. Get back to 220lbs sub 9% BF
3. If I am big enough and tight enough, step on stage. (Bev Francis in Tribeca probably, and hopefully a few smaller shows in NJ or Penn)
** 3 maybe be a 2 year resolution.

So, get em up!

I resolve to get fat, pork up to enormous proportions and stop exercising altogether. I know I'm going to fail at keeping the resolution, might as well make it work to my advantage.

As boring as it sounds, I do not have any vices besides Anabolicminds, so nothing really to correct.

Maybe just 210 @ 8% will be my battle cry for 2007, oh, and dominate the LSAT.

LSAT, are you going to be a lawyer...

I probably should add do well on the GMAT to my list but I already know that will happen anyways, so it would be a waste of time.

Get back into shape. Focus much more on cardiovascular health and being able to run, bike, for extended periods of time. My time for aesthetic bb'ing is pretty much over although weight training will still be a very important aspect in my life. I want to get back down to 190-200 and run a half marathon.

Okay then, take a man's test (the GMAT) and we can compare scores. Kinda like the intellectual version of who has the bigger schlong.

What was your SAT? And why would you pay for something that you won't use?

Or am I just naive and you were being sarcastic?

I don't need to compare intellectual schlongs though, I'm good on it. I'm secure in my cognitive manhood, unless you aren't. Do I smell inadequacy Iron??

Its not just how high the score, its how thick and how long before you need to sharpen your pencil!!

Become consistent in every aspect which will in turn lead me to progress. In terms of bodybuilding I want to reach 195-200lb at ~10%bf by the end of the year and have respectable strength. I also want to get back into the education system with the goal of studying something like sports biomedicine.

My resolution: to always put my best foot forward, be a fierce competatorn and a gentle father.

1) Train
2) Advance
3) Dominate

I will in this 2007 win my teams second consecutive football champion ship, this is our third year.

I will be recognised as one of the fiercest inside centers in 3rd division rugby.

I will continue to be in the top 95% of the population in strength and boyish good looks.

I will continue to re-establish my self as a good hockey player and by the beggining of the next season be a contributing memeber of a team.

To train in brazilian jiu jitsu, judo and MMA to lay the smack down to lazy weak ignorant people needing a spiritual awakening.

I neglected to make goals in my spiritual self. This is a physical oriented board, where spirituality has much relevence to physical success.

In this year i will find or search for the secrets to inner peace and happiness, void of anger, vanity, selfishness is the journey i will attempt to embark on ultimately changing my physical self for the better, free of baggage and the weight of guilt and blame.
