Long time lurker 1st time posting.Love the site,ive gotten many helpful tips on here.Hope to contribute my 2 cents worth now and then.For me ive been a health nut for the last 3 yrs,dropped 65lbs from 285lbs to 220(slow and steady).been lifting for around 6yrs now,mostly on and off.the last 2yrs ive been very dedicated!I would like to say ive been to many so called bb forums and this one kicks all thier asses!Cya,peace
