New AM Rules Clarification ?

Forgive me guys and gals but I haven't been around much lately and I just read the new rules. Can someone help clarify a few things about "prohibited" topics.

Are we just prohibited from pointing to sources of prohibited items or can we still discuss them?

Can we post logs of prohibited item use, etc.?

you can still discuss them, just do not point anyone in any direction. Logs are fine as well
