Usually just browsing! Wanting to get rid of the big hello banner!

Working out all my getting long life, except for 5 years post PhD, which turned me into a big ball of blubber.

8 months back into the weights, and now finally my joints, tendons are back in shape.. now working on getting some size back while slowly reducing the blubber percentage LOL.

Boy its a long road back!
