New Guy Saying Hello and New To Gear

Just saying hello to the community. 33 yr.old grad student in Tallahassee, FL. 5'9, 182#, 31 wst. maybe 10% body fat(not real sure) Been lifting, doing cardio, and eating clean since 1997. Just became aquainted with gear and lookin down from my 8th week toward 12. When I started I was 165 . . . .now 182 and been real pleased. Got the PCT (is that the right abrev?) taken care of. Glad to be here. Anyone interested in my program feel free to private me - I will gladly share and listen to some seasoned advice....
