Best pull up Dip Station for the house?

Just moved into new place. 3000 square feet. Ordering equipment for my 'Dojo.'
Need advice on the best pullup/dip station. I'm 6'2" , 255. Need something sturdy. Willing to spend a few bucks if it is worth it.

A cheap alternative I did for pull ups was putting 2 heavy duty hooks in a beam and rack the onloaded bar into them. And for dips I use my sawhorses lol. If you just Google what your asking about I'm sure you can find a ton of them and just Read the reviews.

The Bowflex body tower is pretty sturdy but around$300, my buddy got that 1 in his house

I was looking at the Bowflex Tower but it doesn't have the pad to brace you back for fast leg raises. I'll probably go with the Golds.

Sawhorses is not a bad idea haha!
