Best pull up Dip Station for the house?

  1. Best pull up Dip Station for the house?

Just moved into new place. 3000 square feet. Ordering equipment for my 'Dojo.'
Need advice on the best pullup/dip station. I'm 6'2" , 255. Need something sturdy. Willing to spend a few bucks if it is worth it.
If we had bacon we could have bacon and eggs....if we had eggs.

  2. A cheap alternative I did for pull ups was putting 2 heavy duty hooks in a beam and rack the onloaded bar into them. And for dips I use my sawhorses lol. If you just Google what your asking about I'm sure you can find a ton of them and just Read the reviews.

  3. The Bowflex body tower is pretty sturdy but around$300, my buddy got that 1 in his house

  4. I was looking at the Bowflex Tower but it doesn't have the pad to brace you back for fast leg raises. I'll probably go with the Golds.
