Money transfer services have gone to sh*t

So it's been a while since I've sent money overseas to friends in Asia via money transfer companies. What the heck happened?!

Just spent two days getting nowhere with it. Nothing but getting questioned to no end and just getting transactions declined.

If you have friends overseas you need to send money to for Christmas gifts just forget about the established money transfer services. They won't even go near it.

Western Union and Moneygram. Both were a complete hassle and declined to transfer money. I've never had any of this trouble in the past.

I use transferwise it was very inexpensive compared to the two above.

Destinations outside the USA are kinda a hassle (not really) so they choose not too
