CLEVELAND, Ohio-- Cleveland police now say the victim of a shooting at East 4th and Euclid following the Cavs parade and rally, was a 13-year-old girl who was shot twice in the leg.
One person was arrested; however, police say they are now searching for a second suspect.
Police originally said two females were shot, but later said that was not the case.
