I'm back after a foot related issue. It was nothing serious, but could have been if I hadn't stopped lifting. I was distributing weight incorrectly on my right foot. It caused muscular issues and painful spasms on the outer portion of my foot. After taking time off, learning to properly balance weight on my foot, and proper therapy for muscular injuries -- I am back to lifting.

Fortunately my foot injury happened at the end of my cycle. I'm now back at my old gym, and getting ready to start my next cycle.

I look forward to making this cycle mean something and actually pack some mass on.

Welcome back! Glad the injury healed and you're back in the gym. Foot injuries are frustrating as hell.
