Hello. I have a bone spur on my right elbow. It hurts when I do any tricep workouts and a few shoulder workouts. I can avoid the pain if I avoid dumbbells and barbells and go lighter and do cable weights. Is there anything I can buy or do that can help me? I've read people say something about tablets of some sort, but I never found what specifically they were talking about. This has been the biggest road block for me. It hurts when I even play basketball.
