Thanks for the reply, I wanted to create this thread to share experiences and how they affect our daily lives (things like test levels, sleep patterns, stress, ptsd, hating the job etc)

They had a similar one to that called Sheepdogs over on bb.com but I haven't been on there in years. It was nice to have that as an outlet and share stories and stuff.

Im just a grunt checking in i can relate to a degree.

For me lifting has realy helped me cope with deployment.
