Hay guys wasent sure why area to post this but anyway ..

I have been having these forearm pains the last few weeks (right side of course) mostly once I let go of weights it's a massive sudden sharp pain also when I spot on bench or even do barbell curls.

Now this week its upped its game a little and it causing pain even when I'm not working out and seems to be making my elbow painful also. Just tonight it had made it unbearable at times to extend my arm fully.

It doesn't feel like a muscular pain almost like a bone or tendon.

PS also hurts when I squeeze my forearm.

Any advise is greatly appreciated at this point

I would avoid any exercises that hurt for starters. Ice it, stretch, and massage the area/surrounding areas. Do that a few times a day. You could take some NSAIDs to help reduce the inflammation as well.

How new are you to lifting? And is it on the inside of the elbow or along the outside of the forearm? Usually it's just a strain on the tendon, and you have to back off some to let it heal up, or sucks it up until it goes away.

Outside of elbow = tennis elbow. Inside = golf elbow. I suffered with both in both elbows. A few years ago I couldn't grab an olympic bar with an over hand grip take it off the squat rack, or a number of other things that stressed my elbows.

Go to doc if it is bad. You can get a cortisone shot (specialist referral) which helped me for a few months but it came back. My specialist said my body was tolerating chronic inflammation.

I began eating a paleo style diet a few years ago. I switched to eating olive oil, butter, saturated fats (no vegetable oils) and with supplementing fish/krill oil to improve my omega 3. I no longer have the pain in my elbows - gone. It took a year or so but it worked. I believe the chronic inflammation was caused by years of eating crap. I no longer get sunburned easily, no mysterious zits/ boils, no canker sores. All sorts of things improved.
