I'm a huge nirvana fan. In utero is my favorite album to workout to, but Nevermind is the classic timeless album that I adore

I hear ya! I'm going on thirty two now, and remember rocking out to Nevermind when I was 12 and I still go back to it often. Genuinely enjoy most all of their stuff, and I've listened to everything they've released, including those huge boxsets.

That's awesome! I'm 30 and became obsessed when I got my hands on insecticide album back in the 3rd grade.

Here's some more bands that I love to workout to

Killswitch engaged- rose of shyran

Social distortion- don't drag me down

The misfits- Helana, dig up her bones, hunting humans, American psycho

Look up Black Label Society. Good, hard rock. One of the best guitarists around.

I stopped bringing my mp3 player to the gym a while back and have since pulled off PRs to Justin Bieber and other nonsense. I took too much Ferox and roared "THIS IS MY JAM!" when "Let It Go" came on half way through a 500lb deadlift. All the same, here's some favorites:

Battlecross: Push Pull Destroy
Die Antwoord: I Fink U Freeky
Tech N9ne: Worldwide Choppers
Asking Alexandria: A Prophesy (Big Chocolate Remix)
Hed P.E.: Children of The Fall
Threat Signal: Resistance
Upon A Burning Body: Devil's Advocate
iwrestledabearonce: You Know That Ain't Them Dogs' Real Voices
TRC: 10,000 Hours
Hatebreed: Destroy Everything

Oh man, didn't even see Alterbridge on here. I remember buying that album in PA the day it came out and listening to it in the car on repeat with my guitarist until we got to the bassist's house in MD to cover the whole damn thing off the cuff that night.

And I almost recommended Spitfire by Prodigy.

Well, that's "different"! Way too fast paced for lifting but maybe cardio?
I can't lift hard to classic rock for some reason. Another one I jam is "another nail in your coffin" by lamb of god. Or we alright by lil Wayne. Country, this ole boy by Craig Morgan. I'm well diverse hahaha
