I had my ACL replaced September 9th. I am an active duty marine stationed at good ole 29 palms, trying to fight to get back in shape so I can stay in. I have since then gained about 20 pounds. I currently weigh 195 and am looking to lose quick soon and in a hurry... only problem is that I still am not able to do serious cardio still due to limitations from my injury. Just started getting back in the gym last week. What should I do in order to regain my muscle mass and lose my oh so wonderful "love handles"?
