So iv been bulking for a year now,put about 10kg on im now 210lbs but starting to get a belly!should i just start doing a bit of cardio or should i start to cut a bit before it gets to much to loose?
Yeh lol i thought the same il re post in the bodybuilding forum,yeh iv just started a cut now and going to do wat u said getto around 10% then bulk again
