My friend had me take the PH strip out of a couple pregnency tests to check my amino levels. Apperently I have high acidity leves so he told me I do not need to be taking any Aminos while working out. I am kind of new to lifting and he has a stair master and does lifting in his basement. Just trying to get information on what type of supplements to be taking if not Aminos. I tried the preworkout stuff and I felt like I was doing crack, it freaked both my Grandmother and I out so I did away with that. So basically I was sending a post out to get advice on what to get or try now that my grandmother is no longer with us. It's kinda a new start knowing what she went through and what I have been doing with my life in comparrison.
