    Lol, you can build the muscles of the deltoid and get bigger and therefore will have broader shoulders.

    Yes and no. You cant change your bone structure but if you add thickness to your shoulders and lats they will appear to be broader. Also do heavy DB pullovers, the vets believed this would widen your chest giving you that V shape
