Hey, I'm Tj.

Don't see a newbie's forum but just wanted to introduce myself before jumping in. Been lurking for the past year and decided to finally register. Great forum that has taught me a lot, but there's still tons I'd love to learn more about.

Been training for 5 years pretty consistently. At one point I was pushing 260, was able to get to 170 in just a year. Looked gross with clothes off. That's when I started really lifting. Didn't know what I was doing the first few years. Within the last year I feel like I've been able to achieve some good mass and develop a very strong mind muscle connection. Typically hover around 205. Lifting solely for hypertrophy.

Was very "anti" supplement when I started. Now I devote so much time and energy in the gym I'll glady take any edge I can get while maintaining the natty card. Starting my first daa stack next month.
