I'll be going on spring break to mexico in roughly 8 weeks, lets just say this is making me very happy :D . But I imagine i would be even happier if i were able to take my liquid cialis over with me. I'll be flying into acapulco from a US international airport, and i was planning on taking it with me, but i got to thinking.... it is a prescription drug, for which i don't have a prescription, and its gonna be pretty hard to fool customs into thinking that i'm doing "research" on my college spring break. Its 50ml of cialis suspended in liquid, in a small vial.

anyone one have anù advice or any experiance taking things across. also, worst case scenerio is it gets confiscated at the airport, right.

much appreciated.

i don't speak spanish, and i'll be going to a super high tourist area i doubt there will be shady mexican pharmacies down there nor do i feel like looking for any, especially since i already have cialis.

you don't need "shady mexican" pharmacies.

you need A pharmacy

do what you want. it is obvious you don't want an answer, you just want reinforcement of your plan to bring your cialis into mexico. it will probably present no problem. but since it is merely a legend drug ( not a controlled substance) it would be better to buy it IN mexico, and if you have some left over, you can bring them back. customs could not care less about legend drugs like cialis, penicillin, birth control, etc. when taken back over for personal use.

When I vacationed in Mexico I saw pharmacies all over the place. You need to speak no Spanish. There will be someone who speaks English, and there will be a list of what is available in English. Just point to what you want, and don't pay the asking price. You can get just about any prescription medication there, and then some. Customs allows, I believe, up to 2 months worth of prescriptions brought back across. I know people who go down every few months just to get their meds.

Yeah, I have been to Mexico tons of times and you don't need a prescription to buy anything. I think that’s why pharmacies are everywhere. The airport security will probably be more interested that you have it in a vial, than if it were in normal packaging. Save yourself the hassle and buy some while you are there.

ouch. that was harsh. sure i could go to a pharmacy while there, but that wasn't really my question. but just like you said, i'll end up doing what i want, which will likely turn out just buying some gelcaps and injecting them with the liquid and taking the cialis that way.... unless someone suggests otherwise.

Just put it in a plastic vial or some sort of plastic container like the tgel container and stick it in you suitcase and dont worry about it. Your over thinking it... And yes customs allows 90 days supply of drugs.
