Steroid usage along with synthetic cannabinoids?

I have never used the combination of the two but I have just been curious as to see if anyone knows if steroid use combined with synthetic cannabinoid use could cause an adverse reaction? Maybe fatal? Idk...

I'll be on a cycle of Superdrol & liquid Clenbuterol soon and I've just wondered if any synthetic cannabinoids (specifically 5F-AKB48) could cause any reactions or even possibly make things stronger or harm an organ some how. Does anyone know anything about this?
