What's the craziest diet your girl has done?? My other half has done some crazy diets in the past and the latest is no great exception.. She's decided she's not going to eat anything for 2 days of the week then eat normal the rest.. I worked out she still needs to eat 2100kcal a day or less on her days off to make progress but she's a women... She knows best!!
