  1. Todays workout!!


    Today I'm working out Back/Hammys it a new workout for me cause I used to do all legs on same day! I've done this one now 2 weeks and love it. And then I do quads on separate day lets me focus more on the muscle I'm working that day.

  9. Yeah I'm bulking right now heavy as possible 4-6 rep range.

    That's gonna be me!! Mwahahahahaha!! -not yet though. I'm at 4453 but 500 is my goal!
