For instance it took me a while to figure out how to reply haha. No I am just curious as to whether this is more of a social media or an information source I realize it is both but forums are not always reliable. I've clicked around myself and think I've gotten a feel for it, thanks!
its a little bit of everything. Most people use it for information, but theres also A TON of just friendly people that all have the common interest of health and fitness. Theres tons of just general chat stuff and also logs and reviews and all sorts of other stuff. welcome aboard!
