I have been sweating alot during the night and waking up when it happens. I am not on anything right now except for shitty creatine which i just started taking since i needed to get rid of it.
one thing is i have really slowed my alcohol consumption to a few beers on Sat night. I was drinkin for awhile almost everynight :frustrate . Any suggestions?
