I installed new toolbar on yahoo last night and turned on pop up blocker, after that I can't open internet explorer any more
I logged on into different account now and everything works fine. Somebody help me please:think:

go to add\remove programs in the control panel and uninstall all yahoo tools.

Bump to what goldylight said. I also find google toolbar to be a better toolbar too. You may want to look into it. Otherwise, if you just need a pop up blocker, moving to XP SP2 (assuming you are on XP) will give IE a good pop up blocker. It works just as well as any of the toolbars.

i like google. it doesn't load your computer down with spyware, and the pop-up blocker actually works.

I used yahoo toolbar for long time and popup blocker worked fine but yesterday it asked me if I want to download new and improved toolbar, so I did. Improved my ass...

I use mozilla instead of IE, much better no popups or spyware.

I use MyIE2 browser, has pop-up protection built in.. :)

Mozilla? IE? PSH! I use safari on my mac. Built up pop-p blocker, never had a pop0up since I turned it on. Plus its a mac, what more could you want? :) :think:
