TV show about addicts??? Can't remember name...

I'm trying to remember the name of this show.
They would bring different types of drug addicts on and subject them to challenges, i.e. parking a car, building a book shelf, navigate through a smoke filled house etc etc, in a certain time limit, and the results were then used for "research." It was on one of the smart ppl channels, Nat Geo, Discovery, something like that.
