    We were discussing the different views of like biological behavioral environmental, etc and what we thought of depression and different thought processes and **** like that so I don't really think it was like a "weeding out " kind of thing but really just to see where our knowledge of psychology is

    I topped high school at 215 and could squat the same as I can now, but I was fat as hell. Started dropping weight to get into the Army and continued while I was in. Didn't get super fat again till last September. Now I'm pretty much in the best shape ever though. Like living a PR lol.

  29. I was up to 265 in hs at one point the summer before my sr football season. I was benching 290 and squatting 340. Which was decent for my football team

  30. My legs are thrashed from squats yesterday, crazy how simple and effective that 5/3/1 BBB template is. I honestly don't know how great it would be for someone who super strong though. If you can squat 600 1 time, you would have to squat 300 lbs 50 times every leg day. That sounds crazy to me but just cause I'm not strong enough.
