    What class is this again?

    She may be correct when it comes to the avesta guy, who probably doesn't need more than 100g of protein a day, the sugar thing is wrong, deads & squats done for a long time coupled with heavy weights and bad form can be damaging. P butter and almonds are fine they actually help lower your cholesterol....
