    In: Peeling your lazy ass off that couch and doing cardio. Out: Stacking massive amounts of eca(clen) with T2(T3) and guggul in the hopes of losing weight.

    In: Self deprecating humor Out: Lying about your gym accomplishments on a bodybuilding message board.

    In: Citing a study you found off of Pubmed. Out: Citing a study you found off a supplement ad.

    In: Admitting you want to be a huge freak. Out: Saying,"I just want to maintain what I have."

    In: Throwing on a T-shirt and baggy shorts and going to the gym. Out: Putting on a muscle shirt that is cut 'just right' and your colored spandex that match while making sure your perm isn't too frizzy b/4 going to the gym.

    In: Buying supplements online. Out: Buying supplements at GNC.

    In: Flaming with panache. Out: Just calling somebody a fool/jackass/idiot b/c you can't find that study to refute their ideas.

    In: Transdermals. Out: The latest 1-test oral.

    In: ****ing going heavy on compound exercises. Out: Circuit training.

    In: Helping someone out in the gym. Out: Being a personal trainer.

    you speak wisely my friend. was about to comment on some earlier IN's and OUT's however, too many good ones you guys. (you smart sons of a b's....) so heres a couple more.

    IN: females doing free weight squats
    OUT: females on the abductor/adductor machines

    IN: strict form with weights you actually can handle
    OUT: ego lifts (please....)

    IN: a spotter just being there, giving you enough assistance to after positive failure and acceptable verbal assistance as well.
    OUT: a spotter yelling at the top of his lung, "its all you man...ITS ALL YOU!!!"
