    Just wanted to introduce myself...........

Been browsing here alot lately and just wanted to introduce myself.
First off, this seems to be a very good forum.
I'm from BSS(now gone) and muscledfreakz. Been on these boards and browsing others for about 4 years now, I'm sure I've probabaly seen some of the members on this board & they may remember me.
Anyway, I'm in the process right now of constructing a CKD diet and will post it for comments and advice when completed.
Bobo, saw ur pics, what a transformation! I applaud your 6 years of hard work.
You seem to be the man when it comes to the CKD and TKD diets, so hopefully you can give me a few tips.
I've learned alot about the standard bodybuilding diet of very clean low gi carbs, high protien, low & clean fat. And can constuct these diets fairly well.
Sgrinavi from muscled freakz taught me alot and is VERY knowledgeable in nutrition.
BUT when it comes to the CKD diet I have to learn all over again as it is a very different type of diet.
Wanted to try it though, as it seems the science behind it is valid and hopefully will allow me to retain as much LBM as possible.
I'll be reading the board 2-3 times a day and hope to be a good addition.

    Welcome aboard!

First tip, if your trying to get really ripped, don't use a TKD or CKD. I once was a fan, but no longer. They work, but in my experience only to a point.

    Thanks for the welcome everybody.
I am decently knowledgeable, but I am more into learning than anything.
Not anywhere close to as knowledgeable as any mods on this board.
I lack experience since I am young so I don't post alot because most of what I know is from what others have said, books, ect... I haven't figured it all out for myself yet.

Haven't started AAS yet as I believe I am too young and need to recover from surgeries and lose the gained bodyfat from the down time in-between operations.

    Bobo,
I would ask you some more questions, but I will start a new thread in the nutrition forum so I don't have a nutrition thread in the general chat forum.

Sounds good BB. Now don't get me wrong, I still think they have their uses but I found the majority of people I train almost always hit that wall and almost 100% used a CKD. Now its not the cyclical aspect or that the science is wrong, its the types of foods many people eat while on these diets and the overindulgence of bad foods during their refeed.
