Wow, very eclectic. I need something for focused and repetitious Soul fly, Lamb of God, Pantera, Swisha house... The Crimson has 'other uses' I have not reached this advanced level as you have JK, but I'm working on it, maybe 5 or 10 more years of chronic sleep dep and I'll be right there with ya!

I listen to alot of rock/metal, but lately I've been geting off to Life Of Agony.....check'em out...hard and heavy and at times melodic....the singer is awsome....Check these songs from them: this time, river runs red, lets pretend, lost at 22, no hope, heroin dreams, weeds.

You guys are weird.....
Im hiphop so my choice of music might not be suitable for you losers. Old Wu (36th Chamber), Old Nas (Illmatic), Kanye West dominates now. Throw in the classics like 2pac, biggie, jay-z, canibus, roots, tribe, etc. The cut im feeling the most right now is Janet's All Nite off her new album. It is sick.... seriously!

Ride the Lightning by Metallica makes me wanna hurt the weights.
Fight fire with fire my brotha! Sometimes I'll start talking to the bar or screaming at the weights toward the end of the set... most everyone thinks I'm a syco , but they are wronnnngg !! Also, I don't see anything wrong with spitting or slobbering a little in between sets, or accidently peeing on your self a little bit at the end of a real heavy set :run: If your on drol, it's OK to cry after the work out too. So there! :rasp:

I like old skool **** too, maybe a bit older than what you mentioned: LL, DMX, 3/6, etc... I alternate my taste between metal and hip-hop

Anything Slipknot..best band in the world

Haha, bro I finally got"the damn album about 2 and a half weeks ago. I think overall it's kick"ass. I like track 2 probably the best next to duality. I can even dig the slow jams, not too shabby. Did you know they recorded it in an old "haunted" mansion? They show pics of it in the CD. I can't wait to see 'em at Ozzfest this year...

Add 20lbs to your benchpress by listening to SLAYER

 Some of my best workouts have been while listening to SLAYER. Usually I have to take my headphones off after doing squats, or I'll get dizzy and puke! Some other training favorites are Cro-Mags, Sepultura, Bad Brains, Misfits etc. If SLAYER doesn't add 20lbs, or at least 10lbs to your benchpress......Grab your Spice Girls c.d and head for the treadmill....
