VERY user friendly Video Phone/Cam for a Grandma - suggestions?

Sup fellas.

Gram (my mother) is 75. She loves all of her kids and of course, her grandkids but we all spread out all over the country.

We want to set up a means to video-communicate w/Gram

She is not computer savvy but very with it.

Standard internet CAM aint gonna happen

Need a SIMPLE format. Turn ON - BOOM, ready to go. No extra steps, etc.

Help?

I really don't know of any that is just turn on and ready type unless your going with a IM (cheapest $$) like AOL, Yahoo, MSN. But still have the problem of friending the different family members. But once it is set up it would be really easy.

Other then like the Apple Facetime or what ever on the Iphone 4. But that still involves everyone else having an Iphone 4 and a WIFI connection.

You could try the Video land line type phones (I have no experance in them.)

There is a setup fee and monthly fee tho.
And she will have to have some type of internets and a wire connection.
