I fractured several ribs last saturday and havent been able to do much, obviously, however i was wondering if any of you have had experience with this before and have anything to comment on. I know i have to rest but is there anything else i can do to speed the recovery besides that and taking enough D and calcium.
Im keeping my cals up and slowed up my cardio, i dont want to loose the mass i worked so hard at putting on.
