    Really like the bike it allows me to really get the burn as long as I keep it below 2 or 3. The it only prob is that I can't see the tv from there

    Had a weird one the other day, not exactly douche behavior but just puzzling. A guy was bench pressing, but on one of the regular benches over by the dumbbells, not on the actual bench press. It worked out for me because I got the last available bench that day but its puzzling why he was doing this.

    Got yet another douch at my gym.. There usually aren't many douchebags by squat racks and presses and dead lifting platform.. I had 155 on the bar in a rack dude comes over makes me take out my headphones to ask why I was doin such little weight.. I was like "don't come over here to critize me dummy I'm doin good mornings" his response "what are those" jus shook my head and put my headphones back in

    i do sets of 135 all the time.

    ATG with many different rep variations, tempo and statics. set of 20 slow and controlled will make a guy look like a bitch at the end of a leg workset. lol

    not 1/4 squats like said douchebag does.

    I saw the worst example of douche-ery at the gym today. I first noticed a pair of dudes wearing outrageous affliction shirts on the decline. They were doing partial reps, and I mean barely lowering the bar below the pegs, and spotting eachother heavily on each rep. Then in between sets, the one with the even afflictiony-er shirt was doing these 9/10 range of motion dips on the pegs where you put plates on the bench. This repeated itself on incline, then bench, and reached a creshendo when they walked over the wall to do handstand pushups against said wall. Once again they did them with a range of motion of about 3 inches. After every set, they would stand up and puff out their chest with this who wants some look.

    What bothered me most about this pair was not their horrible workout, everyone does that but that they were cheating like hell and not even using heavy weight! The most they lifted was 245 on decline, if you are not really lifting the weight and its all ego, at least put a huge amount on their to justify it!

    I hate having hyper-vigilance because I notice this stuff and then have to keep watching it to see how bad it gets.

    I cant stand dbags at the gym!

    The wife and I were at the gym yesterday getting our fitness on and there was a guy who was walking around in a beater. Hes notorious for staring, not just at my wife but at me too.

    Well yesterday we are on the incline bench machine and i put 225 on the bar and proceed to stretch prior to the set. Well im jist randomly looking around doin my thing and he catches my eye because he is, yet again, staring. Well once i look in that direction he mean mugs the **** out of me. Just gave me the dirtiest look.

    Like wtf?

    I get mean mugged constantly at my gym cause a bunch of dudes who been working out at my gym from a little while back know i used to do Muay Thai cause there were some fight posters up back in the day. So the ones who know i did it, give me the size up constantly. I laugh all the time cause of it, these douche bags in their wife beaters who can't even do full range of motion lifting, think they have some testicles. But it is what it is, pop in my head phones and ignore the looks.
