  5. Who ever runs my gym is the DB today. Who the hell has the AC on when its 50 deg outside the f-ing gym is already an ice box but to have the AC and fans going like its the middle of summer out is dumb!

    Alright Wrivest calm your tittes dont kick any puppies over here. actually i was talking about lifting to a past trainer who i ahvent seen in awhile and i went all scientific on him and then he reciprocated. then at the end of our convo he said "wow i havent had an intellectual conversation about lifting in so long, everyone just wants to do bicep curls and im here gaining off compounds". so much win.

  18. A lot of people train legs at my gym. But it's mostly half squats, crappy RDLs that they say are Deadlifts and a few machines.

    For sure last time I checked my mom wasnt employed by my gym. But...
    How bout the guy that stacks the hoist machine till its full gets a spot so that he can extend his arms to their locking point does 1/8th reps then leaves his sh1t there after two sets while walking around like he just did some amazing lift? Saw that 135lb superman today.
