That stuff tastes like raw sewage, but it works wonders. I have a bone spur on my right elbow and I couldn't do skull crushers at all and it hurt like hell to go heavy on any kind of pushing excercise for a long time. After taking cissus for a coupla months, I was able to everything, even skulls.

Oh, I don't know about that. It tastes pretty aweful, but it's over in a second. It does lubricate the joints pretty well though. But, it's a little tough on your throat. You should try it.
